OVC earphones on 7th March 2007

Finally I received my OVC earphones today. For those who have never heard of OVC, it is a China made inner ear bud earphones. China is on the rise now with quality material and products developed to surpass the familiar names on the market shelves at affordable prices.

If you are a fan of iPod, Sony or Creative, I do not need to go into details with the wide range of branded quality earphones made for them. For those who aren't please do a search on google. I have to say that OVC earphones is much better at delivering good sound and music to the ear as compared to the more priced branded products.

At the price of $35 that comes with an attractive package, it is steal compared to the major brand in the market. Do take a look at the website: OVC

MIO installation on 6th March(non-bike related)

Had my MIO box installed on Tuesday.. The MIO box is actually a 2Wire 2700HGV router/modem mass manufactured for Singnet home use. A bit buggy as in sluggish with the wireless connection. Maybe due to bandwidth complications. I should be on the 10mbps instead of 1.5mbps. I will need to check this out.

Singnet is an excellent provider however the contract they employ to fix MIO in household is poor and unprofessional. In the end, I end up with troubleshooting and setting my own wireless network at home after the guy left. Also he said straight to me that he does not know on how to test the bandwidth when i asked about it. How unprofessional is that? Isn't he suppose know all that stuff? Thumbs down to the guy but I still support Singnet/Singtel.

Feelings: Reluctant to spend more..

Mustaffa Centre, open 24hrs daily.. On Deepavali, I have no idea..
Located at Syed Alwi Rd and always swarmed with friendly Indians and other races..
Most household items and more available at affordable prices..
eg- Nivea deodorant will cost me more than $5 elsewhere..
